About us
About Business Loan Link
We sit in the middle of a conversation that usually starts somewhere else — with an accountant, a bookkeeper or a BAS agent saying, 'You should look into some funding.'
Who we help
Business Loan Link helps two groups of people who are usually talking to each other already.
- Australian business owners whose adviser has raised finance — because a tax bill is coming, debtors are stretching, growth is eating cash or a big purchase is on the horizon — and who want a clear, honest next step.
- The advisers themselves — accountants, bookkeepers, BAS agents, financial planners and business coaches — who'd like somewhere sensible to point a client, and practical guidance on what a lender will need from them.
Why we work this way
Most business loan files are built from documents an adviser already holds: financial statements, tax returns, BAS, ATO statements, aged debtors. Yet owners are often left to translate those numbers to a lender on their own, and advisers are rarely told what the lender actually needs. That gap slows things down and leads to poor matches.
Our job is to link the three parties properly. We work out which of your documents point to which loan type — BAS to cash flow lending, profit to servicing, property equity to secured lending — and match the file to one lender that suits it. Where you'd like your adviser involved, we bring them in for the figures, with your permission and with you copied in.
What we can help arrange
- Property-secured business loans from $20,000 to $5,000,000 — first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial property.
- Unsecured, cash flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
- Past credit issues and ATO debt considered case by case.
- Business purposes only.
We don't publish interest rates. Every facility is priced on the business's own circumstances, and a specialist explains the costs of any option before you decide.
Our promises
No credit check to enquire
Asking what's possible leaves your credit file untouched. A credit check only comes up once you choose to proceed.
One match, not a mailing list
Your file isn't fired off to a crowd of lenders. We read it, link it to a lender that suits, and tell you who before anything moves.
A real person on your file
A specialist calls you (and your adviser, if you'd like). Accurate answers on the form mean the first match is the right one.
We also ask one thing in return: please fill in the enquiry form accurately. Amount, purpose, structure, any property and any ATO balance — the more accurate the answers, the better the first match.
For advisers
There's no portal or sign-up. Advisers refer clients through the same short enquiry form, noting that they referred them. We don't make commission, fee or partner programme promises to advisers; the point of a referral is simply that your client is matched well. Read how to refer a client.
